68 Ill. Adm. Code 1285.120: every license expires July 31, 1990 and every third year thereafter. CME is earned in the prerenewal period, the 36 months before July 31 of the renewal year (Section 1285.110(a)(2)); the current period runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2029. The 2026 variance moved only the renewal deadline, not the expiration cycle or the CME rules.
