Only from primary sources: the Board's website, the state statute or the Board's rules. A weekly check re-reads every cited source and flags any change so we re-verify that state. Each guide shows when it was last reviewed.

Yes. Indiana, Montana and South Dakota set no CME hours for license renewal, and the planner says so plainly. You can still track the renewal date, your DEA registration and other credentials.

By email 90, 30 and 7 days before each expiration (CAQH: 14 and 3 days before). Nothing is sent daily, and you choose which reminders you get. See Reminders.

No, never. You add your own dates and documents; your renewals stay on the official sites. See Why we never ask for your Board or DEA passwords.

Yes. Upload certificates, import lines from a transcript, or email certificates to your private inbox address. Nothing is added to your record until you check and confirm it.

Not yet. Our first courses are still in preparation and none is on sale, and we will not describe any course as carrying credit until the accrediting body has approved it.

Each course page will show the credit statement in the exact wording the accrediting body approved. Until then, a course page shows no credit statement.

Yes. Every certificate we issue carries a certificate number that anyone can check on our verification page.

Only you. Each download checks that you are signed in as the owner, and we do not share your documents with Boards, employers or anyone else. See Documents and privacy.

They are stored encrypted and shown with only their last digits.

No. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card details. See our policies.

No. Do not upload anything that names or identifies a patient. If a certificate shows a patient detail, cover it before you upload.

Not yet. No trip is on sale. When one is, we will announce it by email only to people who agreed to hear from us.
