What you need to renew
150 hours every 3 years
Mich Admin Code R 338.7002 lists osteopathic medicine and surgery licenses as expiring triennially on the issue date. Under R 338.141(2) the 150 hours must be earned during the 3 years immediately preceding the application for renewal; the implicit bias hours must also fall within that cycle.
