Minnesota DO license renewal deadline: depends on your license
The last day of your birth month in the year your three-year cycle ends (you report CME on that year's annual renewal). Licenses renew every 3 years.
Find your deadline
In Minnesota, the date depends on your license: a three-year CME cycle that starts on the first day of your birth month (for new licensees, the birth month after initial licensure); you renew your registration every year by the last day of your birth month.
Reminders 90, 30 and 7 days before. No account needed.
What you need to renew
75 hours every 3 years
Minn. R. 5605.0100: 75 hours during three-year cycles. Minn. R. 5605.0200: cycles start on the first day of the birth month and run consecutively. Registration renews every year: Minn. R. 5600.0605 sets annual cycles that begin on the last day of the birth month, and an application received after the last day of that month is not processed until the late fee is paid. CME is reported on the renewal at the end of each three-year cycle (Minn. R. 5605.0900).
