20 CSR 2150-2.125(1): the CME period is the 24 months from January 1 of each even-numbered year to December 31 of each odd-numbered year, the same for every licensee. The license itself is registered every year (20 CSR 2150-2.050, annual registration) and renewal fees are timely if received by January 31 (20 CSR 2150-2.001(17)). A licensee who has not completed and reported the 50 hours in time may not practice unless the Board grants an extension (requested in writing before December 31, $50 fee; finish by February 28 and document by March 10).
