What you need to renew

40 hours every 2 years

NRS 630.267: every holder of a license to practice medicine completes biennial registration on or before June 30 of each odd-numbered year; the license expires if registration is not completed. NAC 630.153(1): 40 hours of CME in the preceding 2 years, 2 in medical ethics and 20 in your scope of practice or specialty.
