Each state license you hold gets its own plan: when it renews, how many hours it needs, and any topics the state requires.
Add your license
- Sign in and open Planner.
- Choose Add license.
- Pick the state and your degree (MD or DO).
- Enter the expiration date printed on your license or shown on the Board's license lookup.
- Choose Add license. If the state has extra questions (for example, whether you prescribe controlled substances), the planner asks them next.
The license number is optional. When you enter it, we keep it encrypted and show only its last digits.
One license on Free, every license on Pro
The Free plan covers one state license with its plan and reminders. Pro adds every other license and credential.
If your state looks wrong
Requirements come from each Board's own rules, with the source linked under every item. If something does not match what your Board told you, follow the Board and send us a note through Contact support so we can check it.
