Your documents are for proving what you have done: CME certificates, BLS or ACLS cards, a DEA registration, a license printout.
Who can see them
Only you. Each download checks that you are signed in as the owner. We do not share your documents with Boards, employers or anyone else.
Numbers are masked
License, DEA and NPI numbers are stored encrypted and shown with only their last digits.
Never upload patient information
Do not upload anything that names or identifies a patient: charts, notes, lab results, prescriptions, screenshots from an EMR. EdPortus is not built to hold patient information and we do not accept it. If a certificate happens to show a patient detail, cover it before you upload.
Removing a document
Open the document and choose Remove. It disappears from your account and from every license or credential it was linked to.
