Reminders tell you before something is due, so a renewal never comes as a surprise.
When they arrive
We email you 90, 30 and 7 days before each expiration (CAQH: 14 and 3 days before). Nothing is sent daily.
Turning reminders on or off
Reminders need your consent. Use the email settings on your account page (or the link at the bottom of any reminder email) to turn them on or off. Receipts and certificates are always sent, because you need them.
Add dates to your own calendar
On Pro, Account → Calendar gives you a private calendar feed. Your phone or computer calendar then shows every due date and keeps it up to date.
