Every item on your plan shows its status in words, so you never have to rely on color.

Status What it means
Overdue The date has passed. Act now, and contact the Board or issuer if you are unsure where you stand.
Due in … days The date is close. Most items turn "due soon" 90 days ahead; some, like CAQH re-attestation, closer to the date.
Confirm The source is unclear or depends on your situation. See What "confirm with your Board" means.
Needs an answer We are missing a date or a detail. Add it and the item gets a real status.
Due (date) Nothing to do yet. We will remind you as the date gets closer.
Done Finished for this cycle. It comes back when the next cycle starts.

Marking something "not applicable"

If an item does not apply to you, you can hide it as not applicable. You can undo that at any time.
