- The rule
- Sec. 20-10b(b)(3): at least one contact hour during the first renewal period in which CME is required, and not less than once every six years after that. Risk management includes prescribing controlled substances and pain management, and screening for inflammatory breast cancer and gastrointestinal cancers; for registration periods beginning on or after October 1, 2022 it may also include screening for endometriosis.
