- OAC 4731-10-02(A): at least one hour of Board-approved CME on a licensee's duty to report misconduct under ORC 4731.224, every renewal period (enforced since July 1, 2021). The Board's own one-hour video is currently the only way to meet it; submit the form at the end and keep the emailed confirmation. It is not certified for Category 1 credit but counts as one of the 50 hours.
