The rule
WAC 246-919-445 (effective January 1, 2024) and WAC 246-12-800 to 246-12-830: two hours of health equity training every four years, matching the four-year CME cycle. The training must include implicit bias training and an assessment or attendance attestation at the end. It counts toward the 200 hours.
