OSBOE: all Oklahoma osteopathic physician licenses expire on June 30 of each year, and the CME cycle runs July 1 to June 30. 59 O.S. 641(A) requires renewal on or before July 1 each year; OAC 510:10-3-8(c) charges a late fee for any license not renewed before July 1, and 510:10-3-8(g) cancels licenses not renewed at the Board's September regular meeting. For 2026 the Board's newsletter gave May 1 to June 30 for renewal and July 1 to August 31 with a late fee.
