In Oklahoma, the date depends on your license: every third annual reregistration, counted from the date your license was granted (you reregister every year during the month you were first licensed).

What you need to renew
60 hours every 3 years
OAC 435:10-7-10: every licensee reregisters annually during the month of initial licensure, with no grace period. OAC 435:10-15-1(a): at reregistration you certify every three years that you completed 60 hours of Category I CME in the preceding three years; newly licensed physicians begin reporting three years from the date licensure was granted. 59 O.S. 495d: the license is suspended if you do not apply for reregistration within 60 days after the end of the registration period.
