- 24 Del. C. 1713(d)(2)-(7): for the 2027 renewal, at least 2 of the required hours must be on the diagnosis, treatment or care of patients with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. For renewals after 2027 the same 2 hours are required unless you completed them in a prior reporting period (you attest to that). You are exempt, by sworn statement, if you do not see or interact with adults age 26 or older, or provide no health care in Delaware. The hours come out of the 40. The Board's CE page did not yet mention this when checked.
