- Rule 360-15-.01(5): on and after January 1, 2022, all physicians must complete one-time training of at least 2 hours on professional boundaries and physician sexual misconduct, including how to proceed with basic and sensitive or intimate examinations and the communication those examinations require. It is certified at the first renewal after January 1, 2022 or after licensure, and counts as 2 of the 40 hours.
