- N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.15(e), from the biennial period beginning July 1, 2025: two Category I credits that together cover all seven listed topics — forms of sexual misconduct; informed consent for sensitive (breast, pelvic, genital, rectal) procedures; interacting with patients who have been sexually abused or harassed; power dynamics in health care; what to do after unwelcome sexual contact; bystander intervention and the duty to report under P.L.2005, c.83; and identifying and reporting human trafficking.
