- N.J.S.A. 45:9-7.8 (P.L.2017, c.28) and N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.15(d): one of the 40 Category I credits on prescription opioid drugs, including responsible prescribing practices, alternatives to opioids for managing and treating pain, and the risks and signs of opioid abuse, addiction and diversion. The rule applies to every physician, not only prescribers.
