Confirm with your Board Ohio Adm. Code 4731-32-02 (effective February 29, 2024): only for physicians who hold or apply for a certificate to recommend medical marijuana. To get the certificate: at least 2 hours of CME on diagnosing qualifying conditions and treating them with medical marijuana, in a course certified by the Ohio State Medical Association or the Ohio Osteopathic Association.
