Who it is for

Physicians who track registrations, certifications and credentialing dates in a spreadsheet, a drawer or their head.

How it works

  1. Add a credential by typing it in, or upload a photo or PDF of the card and check what we read from it.
  2. Keep the issuer, dates and number with it, and attach the card or certificate as proof.
  3. See what comes due next across everything you hold, with reminders before each date.

What you get

  • DEA registration, state controlled-substance registrations and PDMP registration
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, ATLS and other life support cards
  • Board certification, with the name of the board
  • CAQH attestation (with no date entered, the next one is counted 120 days from the last)
  • Hospital reappointment, Medicare and Medicaid revalidation, payer recredentialing and malpractice coverage
  • Workplace health items such as TB screening, flu vaccine and N95 fit testing
  • Read a card from a photo or PDF, so the fields are filled in for you to check
  • Numbers encrypted at rest; only the last four characters are shown

Questions

Which credentials can I track?

State licenses, DEA and state controlled-substance registrations, life support cards, board certification, CAQH, hospital reappointment, payer enrollment and revalidation, malpractice coverage, workplace health items, society memberships and anything else you add as "Other".

How does reading a card work?

Upload a photo or PDF of a license, DEA certificate, life support card, board certificate or CAQH screen. We read it on our own server and fill in the type, dates and number for you to check before you save. Nothing is kept until you press Save, and the file is kept only if you choose to keep a copy.

Who can see my numbers?

You, and anyone you give office manager access to (they see numbers masked unless you choose to show the full numbers). License, DEA and other credential numbers are encrypted, only the last four characters are shown on screen, and numbers are never put in emails.

What happens if a credential has no expiration date?

You can leave the date blank. It stays in your wallet; there are simply no reminders for it.
