Who it is for

Physicians who have found out about a lapsed card or a missed attestation too late.

How it works

  1. Add your licenses and credentials with their dates.
  2. Choose which kinds of reminders you want, and whether you want a weekly summary.
  3. Get an email about 90 days before each date (earlier for board certification), then 30 and 7 days before, and act on it from the link.

What you get

  • Email reminders before each license and credential date: first about 90 days before (180 for board certification, 120 for hospital reappointment and privileges, 60 for malpractice insurance, 30 for workplace health items and items you add yourself), then 30 and 7 days before
  • CAQH attestation reminders 14 and 3 days before it is due
  • Turn reminders on or off by kind — licenses and CME, DEA, life support, board certification, credentialing, courses
  • An optional weekly summary on Monday morning (US Eastern) of what is due in the next 90 days
  • Phone and desktop notifications, held overnight and never more than 3 a day Coming soon
  • A calendar feed with every deadline, for Apple, Google or Outlook calendars Coming soon

Questions

What do reminders say?

The name of what is due and its date, with a link to it. Reminders never include a license, DEA or other credential number.

Can I turn them off?

Yes. You choose which kinds of reminders you get on your notifications page, and every reminder email has an unsubscribe link.

When do phone notifications arrive?

Never between 9 pm and 8 am US Eastern, and at most three in a day. You turn them on for each phone, tablet or computer, and can remove a device at any time.
