How it works

Questions
Do you need my CE Broker or Board password?
No. We never ask for it. You download your own history from CE Broker or CME Passport and upload the PDF; the page shows the exact steps.
Does an import count straight away?
No. Every import waits for you to review it. Only what you confirm is added, and you can edit any field first.
What if a certificate is a scan or a photo?
Upload it anyway. If we cannot read it, the card opens for you to type the details, with the file attached.
