Let your office manager keep your credentials current
Give an office manager or credentialing coordinator access to your licenses and credentials, or cover your whole practice with group seats.
Who it is for
Physicians who rely on an office manager or credentialing coordinator, and practices, groups and health systems that want Pro for every physician.
How it works
- Invite your office manager by email, with view-only access or view-and-edit access to your licenses, credentials and documents.
- They accept with their own EdPortus account and work on your records under your name, with every change shown to you.
- For a whole practice, when group plans open, buy group seats and invite your physicians; each one decides whether to share their status with you.
What you get
- Office-manager access, view only or view and edit, for a year at a time
- Billing, your password, your profile, your courses and credit claims always stay yours alone
- See what each person with access has done, and remove access at any time
- Group plans with Pro for every physician, invited by email, CSV or a join link Coming soon
- Physicians choose whether to share their status counts with the practice; managers never see license numbers or documents

Questions
Does my office manager need to pay?
No. They use their own free EdPortus account. Access comes from your Pro plan.
What can an office manager never do?
They cannot see or change your billing, password or profile, take courses for you, sign attestations or claim credit. Those stay yours, whatever access you give.
How do group plans work?
When group plans open, the practice chooses a number of seats and pays by card, then invites physicians. Seats can be added at any time. See group plans for the price and the details.
Can the practice see my license numbers?
No. Even when you share your status with your practice, managers see only counts of what is current and coming due, never license numbers or documents.
